OUR CAMPAIGNS
Every campaign brings our community together to help fund the path to treatment for SCN2A.
This October, Cure SCN2A will bring together approximately 100 runners for the Bondi to Manly Ultra, making us the event’s largest charity team. Our runners are taking on more than the finish line. They are running for Jack, for children living with SCN2A, and for a future with treatment options.
There are several ways to get involved:
✔️ Sponsor the campaign - showcase your business through logo placement on our race shirts and at our post-event celebration.
✔️ Join a run club - train alongside the Cure SCN2A community in the lead up to race day
✔️ Support a runner - donate directly to a runner’s fundraising page

Following the success of our inaugural A Rare Affair, we are returning to Pilu at Freshwater in March 2027 for another unforgettable evening in support of Cure SCN2A.
A Rare Affair is our annual fundraising dinner, bringing together our community, generous businesses and supporters for a night of connection and shared belief in what is possible for children living with SCN2A.
There are several ways to get involved:

PAST EVENTS
On 24 March 2026, we held our very first fundraising dinner, A Rare Affair, at Pilu at Freshwater.
It was an extraordinary evening of generosity and connection, MC’d by the incredible Edwina Bartholomew. Together, our community raised $140,000 to support the path towards treatment for SCN2A.
